DELIVERY POLICY

Deliveries

We aim to pick, pack and ship orders placed before 12:00pm (BST) Monday-Thursday on the same day.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation from DHL (with tracking number) once your order’s en route.
Tracking your order is easy - simply enter the tracking number on DHLs tracking service (you can also choose contact-free delivery :-)

For orders placed after 12:00pm (BST) Monday-Thursday we aim to pick and dispatch the next day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm (BST) on Friday or over the weekend will be picked and shipped the following Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays are picked and shipped the next working day

In peak times which include popular sales and peak retail time like Christmas (including Black Friday) it may take longer to pick and ship your order, and of course, once your order’s been collected by DHL, it may take longer for them to deliver.

Orders above £50 : Complimentary delivery
Orders below £50 : £5.00
Normally next working day, but please allow up to 3 :-).

EU + Rest of World

Standard Delivery: £20
Complimentary Delivery on all international shipments of orders over £150
