DELIVERY POLICY
Deliveries are shipped with DHL and request a signature when received. You will receive a shipping confirmation from DHL once your order has been processed with your tracking number. We aim to process and deliver orders placed before 12:00pm (BST) Monday-Friday on the same day. Orders after 12:00pm (BST) Monday-Thursday are aimed to be processed and delivered next day. Orders placed after 12:00pm (BST) Friday and on Saturday & Sunday will all be processed the following Monday. This may take longer depending on peak seasons. We are unable to carry out international deliveries on British Public Holidays.

Delivery Timescales
Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery during Black Friday Weekend and the Christmas period. If it has been more than 5 working days since you have received your shipping confirmation, please contact our customer services team at [email protected] or call 0208 830 6300. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for non-EU shipments as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.
Taxes and Duties
Deliveries within the EU will incur no import or export duties. Delivery outside the EU may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions. To comply with local legislation, the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies or import duty on Parks London purchases.
