Delivery and Returns Policy

Standard Delivery UK & Ireland (below £50, 3-7 working days): £5.00

Standard Delivery UK & Ireland (above £50, 3-7 working days): FREE

Orders must be placed before 12:00 midday Monday – Friday and be to a delivery address within the UK. Deliveries must be signed for. The following areas may take a little longer; Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and the Isle of Man.


International Deliveries (countries other than the United Kingdom, Ireland and the United States)

We cannot carry out international deliveries on Saturdays.

We cannot carry out international deliveries on British Public Holidays.

We cannot carry out international deliveries at specific times of the day.


International delivery will usually be via DHL. Depending on the size and weight of your order a courier may be used instead, and a signature upon delivery may be required.

Delivery charges are based on the country we are shipping to, this will be calculated as you proceed through our checkout.

We ship to the following countries: Argentina, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Brazil, British Virgin Islands, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Guernsey, India, Ireland, Isle Man, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, United States.

Taxes & Duties

Deliveries within the EU will incur no import or export duties. Some international deliveries may be subject to customs, legal and regulatory restrictions. To comply with local legislation, you or the recipient may be required to pay additional taxes, fees, levies, or import duty on Parks London purchases.

You will be responsible for all applicable taxes including import charges for orders to overseas countries. We shall not be liable for such charges. Please contact the relevant customs office to check if these apply. For deliveries to China, we would advise customers to keep the value of your order under £100 (1000 RMB) to lower risk of import duties. 

Delivery Timescales

Delivery timescales are dependent on the delivery option selected during checkout.

During November and December, it may take up to 7 working days to receive your order via DHL due to higher postal volumes. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank holidays will not be processed until the next working day.

International deliveries take approximately up to 3-7 working days. During the Christmas period, these delivery times may vary due to higher volumes.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates for overseas delivery as they are subject to customs clearance in the destination country.



You may return any Product in its original condition for a full refund or exchange within 28 working days of delivery. Original condition means that there are no scratches or marks on the Product and the Products packaging has not been opened or damaged.

You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us. Please ensure that the package is wrapped securely and for your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.

If you are returning a faulty or damaged product(s), we will refund the cost of returning your order if you supply us with a delivery receipt. 

Products purchased as a set can only be returned as a complete set, not as individual items.
When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly if you fall below the discount/offer threshold, as that discount or offer will no longer apply. Should anything spring a fault in the first month, we will, of course, give you your money back.
