- Ownership of goods does not pass from Parks to you until all required charges have been settled and Parks reserve the right to reclaim its property at any time
- All Parks products are designed, crafted and constructed to the highest standards. Parks remind you that all products, if used inappropriately or kept without consideration of it’s construction, may represent a risk. Always read care instructions and be mindful that fire is an associated bi-product of candles
OUR RETURNS POLICY:
At Parks we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
You can always return items if they are defective provided that they are returned within 14 days of the purchase. Please note: we only accept return of items that have been opened and are defective.
PLEASE NOTE:
We recommend that the regular size candles for example size 30cl are not burned for longer than 4 to 5 hours at a time, and for the small 5cl and 10cl candles - no longer than 2 hours at a time , in order to avoid overheating and to reduce the liquidity of the heated wax. Please remember to always trim the wick to avoid it smoking and the possibility of the wick falling in to the liquified wax.
In the unlikely event that a candle begins to burn irregularly, please ensure that the wick is suitably trimmed and is not in a draughty environment.
Whilst a Returns Note may be issued, it is not a statement of acceptance by the company that the product is faulty. Parks reserve the right to inspect returned products to ensure that proper care, attention and use has been applied.
TO RETURN AN ITEM:
To return an item, please enclose a note giving the reason for the return, wrap the package securely and send the package to Parks. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box. It is advisable to send goods by recorded delivery.
CANCELLING AN ITEM:
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery.
To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the invoice that accompanies your item, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and return it to us at:
